Members in Attendance:
Kari Breeding, Stacy Wilcox, Cassie Brown, Cindy Pendelton, Natalie Dalpias, Mechelle Hackwell, Kelli Brown, Lea Belnap

  1. Welcome, Cassie Brown
  2. Internet Safety Presentation, Alan Rhees
    • Mr. Rhees is from DTNL. He shared a presentation about internet and technical safety for our students.
    • He shared 3 steps the District is taking to keep kids safe: Filtering, Monitoring, and Teaching
    • Mr. Rhees shared parent resources including websites like netsafeutah.org and books like “Digital for Good”, which will help parents to talk to their kids about internet and technical safety.
    • Mr. Rhees spoke about CIPA- Child Internet Protection Act.
  3. School Business, Mrs. Breeding
    • Mrs. Breeding talked about upcoming events:
      • PTA Family Movie Night, 1/25
      • STEAM Night, 5/1
      • Boundary Meeting, 4/19 at RMJH
  4. Future Schedule
